The sauna was out of order this time, there were no pool towels to be had, and the once nice pool/hot tub area is falling to disrepair. Upon checkout the 2 parties ahead of us were expressing their disappointment of the restaurant as well not to mention the couple we were chatting with at the hot tub. To be clear, we have eaten here in the past and had none of these experiences. It's not a pretty sight to see all the dirty tables around you will you attempted to eat you 'food'. Apparently the staff must have had something more important to talk about around the bar amongst themselves.
We didn't get a chance to complain, as that would require the server to come to our table. The food was either over or under cooked and was disgusting. They only had 1 restaurant/pub open for 'service' while we were there and it was BRUTAL. In that time we have watched it fall from grace. We have been to this hotel/casino 7 or 8 times over the years. The rooms are still nice and the beds are comfortable.
